An Employer incurs a fee once they make an offer and that offer has been accepted by one of our recommended legal professionals. If that fee is paid per the terms of our agreement, the Employer receives a 120 day pro rata guarantee, meaning that if their new hire does not work out, Branch Recruiting will provide a replacement at no additional cost or the pro rata portion of the Employer's fee will be returned to them.
